All songs written and performed by myself with some key exceptions from super-talented friends:

- The Line Managers - namely Andy Kearney and Olly Forrester. Andy plays bass on I Am A Wreck and adds backing vocals to Don't Mean To Sound Cynical. Olly plays drums on I Am A Wreck and adds some ride on Don't Mean To Sound Cynical. We have also performed these songs live as a three piece and as a four-piece with Vincent Gould on lead guitar.
- Selina Blakeney performs backing vocals on Don't Mean To Sound Cynical.

The whole EP was expertly mixed and mastered by Alex Walker AKA Human Synthetics.
